We stayed at the Lisboa Intendente 3 Bedroom Apartment With Balcony for a few days during our trip to Lisbon. The host was incredibly helpful when our luggage got delayed at the airport and even arranged for it to be delivered to us. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, close to the metro, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. We enjoyed being in a diverse and lively residential area. a fantastic stay!
Would be happy to recommend this apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped, with three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The staff, particularly Tserin, was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also very central, with easy access to parking options and excellent local shops and restaurants nearby.
One small downside was that there was no balcony to sit on, but the floor to ceiling windows could be opened instead. the temperature in January made our stay a little uncomfortable, although there was a gas heater that could be turned on upon request.

This apartment was a great place to stay for sightseeing in the city, and we really enjoyed our time here. It was also great to see they had a wheelchair accessible policy in place.

The property itself was beautifully refurbished and everything was impeccably clean. The apartment was bright, spacious, and well-equipped, with big bedrooms and a large kitchen. The location was fantastic, with the metro, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores all within close walking distance. I loved being in a diverse residential area and enjoyed the bustling atmosphere. The apartment also felt very secure, with multiple locks on the main door.
While my stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. It would have been helpful to have instruction manuals available for the appliances in the kitchen.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
